We start with our milk steamed Milky Oolong and blend in organic orange peel that we’ve infused with a touch of food grade organic sweet orange oil. What you get is all the smooth, sweet buttery goodness of the Milky Oolong with a lovely touch of soft citrus! It is so nice.
Tasting Notes: Light to medium bodied. Soft, sweet, buttery smooth mouth feel. Butterscotch cream and citrus finish. A hint of floral astringency to keep it refreshing.
Preparation: Use a healthy Tb per 16 oz. of 185º water. I prefer this tea at around 3 minutes for the first go round, but would add a minute or so for the next few steeps. Steep 5-6 minutes if making iced tea and allow to cool before adding ice.
